xterm.js + node-pty with persistent history, a smart action bar, Git branch and active ports.

Monaco editor

The VS Code engine: format-on-save, minimap, preview vs pinned tabs.

Questions

Does my data leave my machine?+

No. AI runs locally by default. Nothing goes to the cloud unless you explicitly enable a BYOK provider — and the app always tells you when it does.

Do I need an account?+

No. There is no login or user system. Everything lives on your machine, including the one-time license.

Linux and Windows?+

Fedora first (RPM/AppImage). Windows is on the roadmap.

What does BYOK unlock?+

Connecting your own API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, Gemini or OpenRouter to use frontier cloud models inside the IDE.

Is it really a one-time payment?+

Yes. $200 once, no subscription, lifetime updates.

Do you resell API access?+

No. You pay the AI providers directly with your own keys. The license only unlocks the integration.
